This week, we were very proud to announce our very first "free-for-ever" Data Management Advisory App for Data Management Maturity Assessment.
After many years and DMMA engagements using excel, we decided to automate this assessment because it is essential to organizations, takes a lot of time, and should be business as usual.
As Data Governance professionals, we have to mature our DMMA practice, including making it available and usable by our Data Citizens.
One of our goals is to provide training, straightforward definitions and examples for all the DMBOK Activities and Deliverables to enable the Data Citizens to perform a DMMA.
DAMA (Data Management Association) Southern Africa, Modelware Systems Systems (Howard Diesel), and dataGambit Pty. (Ltd.) (Paul Grobler & Philip) have been using this app in our classes and engagements for the last month, and it is now ready for you to use.
We will be extending it to handle Professional Data Management Maturity assessments:
