Just finished exam with 97.77%. Two videos are enough. Thank you brother! Remember guys, Databricks is much more than just certifications, so keep doing hands-on practice and you'll excel. I was facing problem in Production Pipelines topics since configuring DLT jobs is very costly and hence couldn't do practical to create pipelines. Rest topics I was well-aware.

Yesterday, I passed the exam with 100% score. I've been using Databricks at work and did lot of prep from various sources. At least 50% of the questions are from these 2-part videos series. Thanks @sthithapragnakk for your video with excellent analysis. Just one correction for Q8's answer - Manager concerned about the cost and ensure the query doesn't cost the organisation any money beyond the first week. There are actually only 4 options in the exam. Your answer (cannot ensure..) is not there in the exam. I've marked the answer as - Set the query's refresh schedule to end on a certain date in query scheduler. I got 100% score, so I assume my answer is correct. I think we might be able to set the end schedule using the Quartz Cron Syntax (I didn't try it though)

Question #11: Option E is indeed correct. However, it is important to note that this is not only because of the aggregation but also due to the output mode being "complete" rather than "append" as in option D. For the Gold table, we must use the "complete" mode since appending the aggregated data would not make sense

Correction - Question - 8 Correct answer E Query Scheduler Control: Databricks SQL allows you to schedule queries to run at specific intervals. You can set a start date and an end date for the schedule. This means the query will automatically stop running and refreshing after the specified end date, ensuring that it doesn't incur costs beyond the desired timeframe.

I'm curious whether I can anticipate comparable questions for the Databricks Data Engineer Associate (V3) certification, as I encountered difficulties when attempting to enroll for (V2) examination. Or were these questions merely provided as sample questions for the second version (V2)?

Think some of the answers in this video do not match with the sample test provided by Databricks. For instance, the answer to question 7 in the Databricks sample test is to increase the cluster size (instead of auto stop feature). Likewise i'm also a bit skeptical about the answer for question 9 in this video because the question states that the new task should be run "prior" to the original task. So how can the new task be a dependency on the original task when it needs to run before it?! Could you please clarify just do that we are not misled.

Regarding Q28. RETURNS clause is optional for SQL UDF. Data type will be derived. So D also works.

Just one doubt,why can't the answer of Q-21 be a view? Its also saying the data entity should be created from couple of tables

Question 6. Confused between serverless feature and auto stop feature Serverless feature minimize the running time and after job completion it will stops and same thing is done by auto stop also Right? Please help with these two options
