Your cake looks lovely, one complaint only, what use is a 6" cake? It wouldn't last 5mins in most homes.

That maybe a bit too much. 100gm walnuts mentioned in the recipe is a generous amount. However you could give it a try dear.

What is weight of cake sponge after baking ?

Never weighed it since I don't bake on commercial level. But I guess this cake in the video would be between 500gm to 600 gm. It is an estimate. When I make next, I will put it down here. Thanks.

@@MyCulinaryExpressions I tried this recipe. And it turned out amazing. It was so moist and wholesome. My mother n law absolutely loved it. Shes into plain and natural kinda cakes which have nuts and raisins etc....will be making this again.
