When I got married, my mom in law was severe depression because of dad's abusive behavior , then me n mom became friends.. now after 7years she is fighting fit😅. We talk about our men , other things.. Now after medication dad is also ok... everything is fine now..we are a happy family... all it needs is time and love.. and it goes both ways.. This is one of the most beautiful short films I have ever seen. It progressed naturally. All the actors played their characters well. They seemed so genuine. The evolution of the relationship between two women, and the chemistry that developed between them, might seem like a fantasy but it it is a secret dream of every daughter-in-law and mother-in-law: they don't have to be adversaries!💕

The mother in law is a fav. of mine - the other stars were really good too!! She was a bit over the top in the beginning - In all honesty, although I'm not Pakistani or been there, WHO in their right mind talks to a house guest like that, let alone her son & daughter in law who's new to the household!? But other than that the whole film was really cute. LOVED the chaachaa fellow - Such a good actor & such an adorable character. 👍from USA!!

Other then the positive relation between mom in law n daughter in law,the thing i like about this drama is getting married at any age should be considered normal, be it a divorced/lost a spouse/ single man or woman, no one should feel guilty of choosing their life partner at an older age.

It was so soothing the bond between mother and daughter in law was the true reflection of today's daughter in law who is very practical and doesn't have any insecurity to obtain the son from a mom rather she is happy to participate and gives her best to resolve family issues. I wish it becomes a trend to portrait soft and lesson learning play on TV medium to give awareness to the poor public. Well done to all the team.

A little shock to one's memory as it retains Marina Khan from Dhoop Kinare days! Yes that was many many moons ago but did not expect her to look this age. The testimony to her talent is that one can well imagine her in the daughter in law's role too, had this been made during her younger days. Though her character from Dhoop Kinare was a kind of throwback to Sana's ( played by Shehnaaz Sheikh) in 'Ankahi' one which appears to influence writers and has become a benchmark to create similar characters down the years, as is evident in the character of the d-i-l in this film. Sohai Ali Abro is awesome in the role and has played it so wondefully. She gives a whole new definition to natural acting. The film itself is something different in terms of the story as also the way it has been enacted. A Wonderful watch.

I started watching this movie n didn't notice initially that this is a pakistani movie because I was doing household work simultaneously and the voice was too low but I was enjoying the Mother in Law and Daughter in Law conversation really too much. And left this movie incomplete today suddenly saw this title again watched it full. Really these too character have formed intelligently and writing is also perfect. Real talent could be anywhere on earth it is irrelevant to boundaries and religion. Thank you so much for the very nice movie. Please keep going like this. Hoping to watch it again in leisure time.

Whenever I watch such contents, I cry after watching. Why this boundary between India and Pakistan when we are so similar in everything? Language, expression, physique, race, and people... everything is like same. Sometimes it's hard to believe that it is of another country. It's true that Borders can never divide hearts. I want to go back and fix everything between India and Pakistan. That day of 1947 when we got divided into two parts. I have so much love and respect for Pakistani people. They are my people. Somewhere I feel so connected to them. This movie touched me a lot. Thanks to the time when I finally picked this movie to watch after ignoring many times when it popped up in the suggestion list. Lovely story that has the potential to be extended into a webseries, the characters are so real and natural, that one starts connecting with them right from the beginning. A very beautifully scripted, directed, enacted story which has just the correct amount of humour and emotions. Watching this was such a satisfying experience mainly due to such well written dialogues. ♡
