Netflix Receiver Series is the #1 show on Netflix right now and today on the Raiders Report, Mitchell Renz is reacting to everything that happened in episode 4 “Give me the damn ball”. Davante Adams is fed up with Josh McDaniels & Jimmy Garoppolo but luckily in this episode Mark Davis fires McDaniels & Dave Zeigler which means it’s Antonio Pierce takeover time. Netflix Receiver Takeaways: Episode 4
- Title: “Give me the damn ball”
- Episode 4 starts with Adams running routes with Asst. TE Coach Mitch Singler
- Adams can run an entire route tree
- The show jumps to Week 7 vs. Bears & Hoyer throws a pick 6
- Raiders lose 30-12 to Chicago
- Adams’ frustration continues to build after the Bears game
- Josh McDaniels starting to get some heat in episode 4
- Cowherd said he’s gotta get Adams the ball or else he’s gonna get fired

Keep it real, with Carr at QB, Davante was voted to the All Pro Team, Pro Bowl, and lead all WR's in TD's that season. After Carr was bounced, Davante stats were the worst since his rookie year and of course no Pro Bowl or All-Pro selections. It's funny, the drop off in production that Davante had last year is what NFL analysts expected to happen when he left Rodgers to play with Carr...it shows you that Davante is slightly wrong about "QB's don't make me", and that he does need at minimum a QB like Carr for him to be consistent at a All-Pro level...Adams said on the Netflix show that he signed off on the benching of Jimmy, but I always wondered if Adams signed off on benching/ moving on from Carr, like if he wanted Carr there would Carr still have been on the team?

Exactly. People think devante had influence on the qb decision but not with keeping carr. Same people that hate mahones but love watching his netflix show. A real raider fan could never.

26!!! I was with ya the entire time! Heck I was there talking in the thread before you even started. I was also at the game against the Giants where coach AP made his debut. It was electric! What’s crazy is I was actually trying to sell the tickets prior to the game because I couldn’t watch another McDaniels loss. Thank God I didn’t.

Man hearing from Adams how frustrated he was with how f*cked McDaniels offense was makes me wonder how good he would have been in Grudens offense, say what you want about the guy but he was good at scheming players open on offense. I wish AP and Patrick Graham were on the team during the Gruden era I firmly believe we would be Super Bowl contenders

McDaniels really messed everything up...this team looked good and had very good upside in 2021 with Carr and players we had. 2022 was very promising but the clown ruined everything. If Carr was our QB with this current Raiders team, we would actually be an overall top 15 and maybe even a top 10 team. The fact Carr had to work with a bottom 5 defense and a poor receiver core for most of his career and still did a decent job...this team would automatically be playoffs caliber. Carr isn't the greatest but he gets the job done. 26
