As of now, Davao city's GDP is 2x bigger than Cebu city despite the former being a young highly urbanized city. Davao is about 78 or 80 years old only, whereas Cebu city is roughly 500 years old. Dapat mas organized and mas limpyo ang Cebu and mas dako dapat og income or GDP.

historically, that area is inhabited by badjao Muslims as a small fishing village... when davao city grows so does the little village... turning that little village into a vast area of informal settlers.... actually yan lang and area ng davao makakakita ka ng ganyan kalaking settlers... most of davao has housing projects both public and private
