I can't find any information on this television appearance, but the dates plugged at the end of the video were for Dave's shows at Stand-Up New York from April 13th-18th, 1993. Also on that bill: Eddie Brill, Jim David, and Al Lubel.

He's one of the best comics on the planet. Ask any great comedian and they will say the same. Great to see old footage of the young comic genius at work.

Has he ever had a bad set?? Number one go to comedian (and Brian Regan) when I need a good laugh no matter how many times I've seen the bit. He's so young here and just as good with the audience as he is now. Amazing. And, humble.
