as most wrestlers turned actor I started to see Bautista in low budget fighting movies. I thought he was ok but kinda giggled cuz I thought "omg... not another wrestler who wants to act." Then he got more and more roles. Then different roles and now I see him as someone with potential. And gotta respect him for not just jumping on any role that comes along now. He wasn't passionate about Fast n Furious. And why lie he's excited to do something like that when he's not. Guy is honest.

@@kylesawkon4074 His performance during the opening scene of Blade Runner 2049 was universally praised; in fact, many thought he carried the best scene in the entire film. He’s no Rutger Hauer but to think he’s only mid is idiotic.
@MarkIrwin02
@MarkIrwin02 Жыл бұрын
@Allen Skip exactly to call him mid is not fair. He is better. Rock is also really good. He just let it all get to his head and got a nasty ego with it. Now look at any top tier actor. How many wee at the level they are when they started. None. Cam batista improve yes. Dose he have potential to be top tier 1 day for sure. For example look at Keanu Reaves, Robert downy Jr, Denzel and so on at their first movies vs now. A very clear noticeable difference. To be as good as he is for the limited number of yrs as an actor is impressive. Just not that but how many actors/actresses knew this early on exactly how they wanted their acting career to go and the type of acting name they wanted for themselves. Almost none if any at all. He has veteran top tier maturity and self knowledge of his career path. And that one guy clearly dose not know what it means to be a top actor.

Listen everyone in Hollywood is a diva. Don’t be fooled. Everyone has an ego. It’s human nature. Weather it’s the rock, vin diesel, Tom cruise, Brad Pitt, Will smith, even keanu reeves himself, to which people are led to believe that he’s such a nice humble guy. Why just because he acts that way in front of a camera. Humans are also easily deceived by what they see and hear. The mind can believe anything. Hollywood is a society full of arrogant, egotistical, power hungry maniacs. Nothings changed. Nothing new.

Dwayne was an invulnerable hulk like hero in his fast movie. Roped down a building and the car he fell on died. Had no cuts and wounds. Dom became an invulnerable hulk like hero eventually in the next fast movie, jumped out of a crashing truck, rolled his body like a cgi cartoon character, and the pavement died when dom rolled on the pavement. Dwayne had broken bones sleeping in a hospital, magically healed himself, grabbed a 700 pound gun and shot down a bulletproof helicopter. In the same movie, Vin drove a car with no seat belts, jumped a parking garage and hung bombs onto the helicopter... his car crash and the car exploded. Vin unconsciously crawled out of the crashed metal car, the car died and he survived. It's a ding dong measuring contest with these two😂😂😂

Actors hate playing the same role over and over. A few interviews that come to mind, the actors mention that they take a completely different role as a palate cleanser. Serious, comedy, hero villain. Correction: @ (5:25) of this video, the narrator referred to the comedy movie 'Stuber' as 'Stub-ber', when it's actually pronounced 'Stu-ber' (rhymes with Uber). The side-kick in the movie was stupid and an Uber driver = Stuber.

Dave Bautista want's to be an actor, not some cash cow for meathead movies. Case in point... this guy can rip you apart, but then you see him in that deleted scene in Bladerunner where he cried. No disrespect to the other actors, but I think Dave is serious about being a professional actor and not just some here today gone tomorrow stereotype.

I belive that is what they beefed over, Johnson was making a hostile takeover… I am with Diesel, this is his franchise not Johnson’s. My opinion somebody came with too many “requests”.

@@AvPLX it's Vin Diesel's franchise but if someone comes along and makes it better you other step aside or try and compete ... that's the way of life

@Panaite Alexandru I think the issue wasn't that Johnson was trying to take over the franchise, but that he was getting almost as much attention for his role as Diesel was. This would be more of a problem for Diesel than it would be a success for Johnson. Without the FF franchise, Diesel has a mediocre career, comparatively. On the other hand if you remove Johnson from the franchise, he still has a very successful career without it.

Dave has a point especially with a franchise that peaked about 10 years ago with Fast 6.
