Dave’s friend “Chip” is definitely Jim Breuer from Half Baked…they were boys back in NYC.

I think it's Neil Brennan because he worked on half baked and Chappelle's show and Neil and Chappelle are still really good friends.

@@babyfood9537 not at all. Most great comedians when they tell these stories, it’s entirely true. They obviously spice it up a bit for the audience, but I’m sure this was a real experience he had with a Buddy. Great comics come from real life experiences.

@@CanPen92 probably but surely the greatest comedian could make the story up with his imagination. There's people who are great at telling stories that happened because they make it hilarious with their added jokes but surely a real genius could manufacture the whole story up without need for inspiration from real events

It literally means to take a pinch of crack cocaine and sprinkle it over the person the same way you would sprinkle salt or seasonings over food while cooking. The idea being that during this time of racial tension the majority of law enforcement viewed all black people as either crack addicts or drug dealers so the crack being sprinkled over them shows the falsified "reason" they were mistreated by the police.
