I agree with that, I think everything a comedian says should be taken with a grain of salt, and also a chill pill! Lol but I also see what he was really saying, which is that even though kevin was joking about actually smashing a doll house over his sons head, his joke implies that he would have been disappointed if his son were to end up gay. And while I think every person has the right to feel their feelings for whatever reasons, I can absolutely say it’s not an appropriate message to put out to the world. It sends the message that being gay is wrong, and disappointing. He may feel that personally for a many number of reasons, but it doesn’t make it a fact, and therefor should not be joked about, IMO.

@@Flavor639 Know that anyone who says the words "inappropriate" to describe anything comedians say on stage or on Social Media are pathetically short sided and desperately need to stfu. As Patrice O'Neal pointed out to that moronic always-the-victim feminist lady when discussing a rape joke, no bad rape jokes lead to rape. More to the point, no bad gay jokes lead to gay bashing. When a comedian tells a joke, it doesn't matter if the joke lands or not, the birth of the joke is from the same place. Trying to make someone laugh. So unless you can show where he has stated clearly that he's into conversion therapy or whatever else, maybe you should save your over analysis of humor of jokes. It's funny how the religious right used to beg for censorship. Now it's the new religious woke.

Its odd there’s such a double standard about it. If it’s such a bad thing then let’s not say it at all. Both races. I’m not advocating it to be said whatsoever but the standard that it’s ok for one person and not the other is messed up. Either it should be good for both or not for both.

Ricky Gervais defended Kevin Hart, saying he did apologize then. He didn’t have to apologize AGAIN, because if he had to do it again then the first apology wouldn’t mean anything and so this one either

Looking back at it now that phone alert sounded more like an alarm. I'm sure the event crew mandates and make sure your phone's on dnd but they forgot about the alarms feature that overrides dnd they need to check them as well.

36 year old straight white male here. Dave is the goat and it's not even close. Top 5 celebrities for me all time. Greatest standup comedian of all time. Greatest comedy sketch show of all time. The tall skinny stoner seemingly stupid is the most profound and respected voice of Americans like me that I can think of.
