That's a great video ... and I'm amazed that nobody has, to date, moused over from your podcast page to comment on here. Something you added in the video that I'd not used (until now) is at 2:32 " ... a number with each breath ..." now that's going to take them deeper quicker too. Thank you for starting! To be honest I do love hypnosys and I feel totally relaxed doing it but I've ne felt completely gone, the Esdaile state or somnobulism. I hope I'll come soon because I am a big fan. I have to admit that I am a beginner but I'll try it again and again!!!
