An evening paddle in some of Dave Gentry's skin-on-frame boats. Includes a Chuckanut 12s, a Wee Lassie with transparent skin, and an Indian Creek motor canoe. Also in company is an Oru folding Origami Kayak. Just a lovely, very pleasant sunset messabout.

Very nice! Can you tell me what motor is used on the motor kayak? Can’t see under the wooden panels!

It's just a 12volt Minn Kota, running on a tiny motorcycle battery. Doesn't take much to move this boat, it's so light.

Nice boats. What type of fabric and coating do you use?

Typically about 8oz nylon or polyester, for the most part coated with paint or varnish.

Good ear! It's by Sláinte. They play it in a two song medley with Kid on the Mountain. Love it.
