I hope these Record and CD stores never go away! One of the things I love to do is look in record stores for hours and look at all the albums and cover art. Looking through itunes is not the same thing; not even close!

I just looked up some of the bands he touted, and holy shit, I love it. Boredoms are amazing. No Pigs I'd heard of before, oddly enough. But I like them too. Also, Dave Grohl is amazing. I love that he fanboys out about music so much, when he's one of best rockstars of all time.

Cause sometimes I get that expression and then on the other hand that they just "ask" the artist to buy some stuff to show in this video. +Robin Dreier It can work out a few different ways, but what we aim for is having an artist come shopping so we can tag along for what they were already shopping for. Sometimes artists take it as an opportunity to get nostalgic for their roots or to recommend some specific records to their fans. At the end we do gift them a little store credit to cover some of what they are grabbing as a "thank you" for participating in the show.
