Ell Dredd Thank you, yes indeed doing well. I left the church back in ‘85 when I turned 16. Floundered for quite awhile, got involved with new agey stuff, got out of that, tried some different churches. So many have gone left wing. Hard to find a good one.

@@stockinettestitch - That's awesome. Which book was that? (that convinced you to leave the Mormon religion.) My son's boss is caught up in that a long time, (he's in his 80's) His beliefs & particular ways of dealing w/ people has done alot of damage. We keep praying he will truly come to Jesus & being Christ to him, though he does us wrong almost continually. Please pray for him & his wife if you would. Thanks.

Silvana Smith I'm so glad he's with Our Savior, but sometimes I wish he was still here... I would love to hear what he would have to say about the utter nonsense which is being espoused. He would be completely flabbergasted by the things the "church" is succumbing to. I'm not surprised by everything within and without the "church" which has turned this world and morality upside-down and inside-out, as the Word told us to expect it to do, I'm merely amazed to actually be alive to see it!

I miss brother Dave too! He was such a lover of the truth and a protector of Jesus' body. Thankfully Dave's messages still speak today even after his departure to be with the Lord. May we continue in Dave's Berean example of searching the Scripture daily to see whether these things are so! Contend for THE Faith once delivered to the saints. @@jgvtc559 Dave Hunt had connections with the Plymouth Brethren, a godly group of people, not my cup of tea, yet nonetheless godly. As far as Dispensationalism goes, he believed in a loose kind, i.e. a time of Law; a time of Grace; a time of Tribulation and a time of Millennium. All things I am in agreement with. Hardly hard line Calvinism which he attacked mercilessly dubbing the system unbiblical.

In the days of nearly unparalleled wickedness and insanity, I thank God that many of the materials of Dave Hunt, Chuck Missler, etc., are preserved and available to us digitally. Theirs was the last generation to produce authors, thinkers, scholar, and teachers of such a caliber. There won't be any more... I thank God for men like Mr. Hunt, and I look forward to meeting him.

Swaggart is preaching the truth today like very few are, Dave Hunt endorsed him then and continued to the rest of his life. Your a moron if you think otherwise.

According to Paul's epistles to Timothy, Swaggart is biblically disqualified from preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, he is not beyond reproach. To call scriptural Christians 'Raca' for pointing this out leaves you in a dangerous position, also according to scripture.

aughalough1 Sure, there were always believers. But, the Roman Catholic Church, is not Christ's. In fact, it persecuted Christ's. Look at the Novatianists, the Donatists, the Albigenses, the Waldenses, the Anabaptists, and so on. There were always people who believed on Christ, and those were always the people Roman Catholics murdered with utmost fervor, and to this day smile with psychopathic and narcissistic glee.

aughalough1 Also, on another note: if it is boasting of itself, it is not Christian. All movements of God, genuinely began as a mockery. Heck, even the term Christian is a mocking title. Look at the way those who died for Christ's name. Look at the Albigenses and Waldenses who were persecuted by Rome. Many whom were carried on stakes speared from their vaginas to their heads by Romanist crusaders, paraded through the streets naked as a mixture of sexual horror and public example. It was a mockery to be called such people, and they were despised and hated by Rome. But, they were the most Godly people. Take in contrast: most people in the world are Catholics. Also, you can be superficially morally decent like Mother Theresa or as wicked as Ante Pavelic: both can claim such, neither are convicted of sin. In fact, by brain scans, it shows that Roman Catholicism produced moral apathy. In short, they become psychopaths. It would make sense, since 1 Timothy 4 says that false religion has a conscience with a seared iron. It would make sense, given the garden variety of drug cartels, slave ships (the transporters were Spanish navy men), mafia bosses, Crusaders, Nazis, the Ustacha, and several others.
