Evolution is taught in schools and universities today and many accept that Evolution is a proven fact. In accordance with that the Christian faith is criticized, especially by academics who doubt the authenticity of the Bible.
In this DVD Dave Hunt provides proof that it is mathematically impossible that the universe came into being of itself. From that he argues that Christians should not be intimidated by science. (And it is actually science that confirms the Bible.)
The foundation for Christians is the Word of God. But while the Bible does not claim to provide examples or instructions on how to fly an airplane, it does give life’s ultimate answers to life’s ultimate questions; questions that science provides no answers for.
Dave Hunt continues to give advice on how to witness to unbelievers. He addresses some of the so-called problems people have with the Bible.

I had Chuck’s “The Gospel in Genesis” on the inside cover of my Bible years ago and when I’d meet someone Jewish I’d show it to them. Very helpful.

Very good teaching! I believe in a lot of cases, the atheist likes to try to cause doubt in a person, because they themselves, have no confidence in their skepticism. I believe most of them, if not all of them, try to cause doubt, so as to make themselves feel inclusive, in regards to their position.

Very true indeed. I have a dear friend that is receiving faith but is still weak. He tries to hit me with arguments that he encounters from non believers. He says that he wants the confidence he sees in me.

@@user-pi7sp1or5pIf they study to show themselves approved, God will give them the confidence. What most people want is someone else’s faith, who does the work for them. It doesn’t work that way. People say they are “too busy” to study. They lie because they have time for social media, Facebook, TickTock, etc. They don’t have the discipline to study because there are other things they would rather be doing, and instead of being honest with themselves and others, they lie. People are liars to themselves and others.

People say trust the science. (I believe true science) but if atheists can say that Sturgeon fish and alligators have not changed for a million years. Then why on earth would this proto human missing link be able to become modern man less than 10,000 years ago

Unfortunately, Billy Graham doesn’t hold to the gospel message at the end of his life. I heard it in a dialogue between him and Robert Schuller saying that there were many ways to God and Jesus wasn’t the only one. Check it out for yourself. Sad.

Your argument doesn't make sense, it seems to refute humans as being the top of the food chain which we are. You don't need evolution to explain why that is. You could explain it in many ways, the primary being the use of our minds to fashion tools, fences, and housing to subdue nature. You don't need a theory of evolution to explain the food chain.

Regarding reincarnation: it would make sense that we don’t remember our past lives while we’re living our current one. That way we can experience what we have doled out in the past. Those are the best lessons learned I would think. After we die, when we’re in pure spirit form, that’s when we go over what we’ve learned. I really hate when he makes that argument and I don’t even know that I believe in reincarnation. I just wanted to throw that in there.

It wouldn’t make sense for God’s ineffable Word to have said “And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment…” Hebrews 9:27 and for reincarnation to then still have space to exist. God delivered my wicked heart from the idea of reincarnation, because in reality that idea gives an excuse to not take this one life seriously. If reincarnation exists, I could spend this life gratifying my flesh, then the next life I can give to God. But take these things to the Lord in prayer! Trust in the Lord, and lean not unto your own understanding….

So that (reincarnation) is like a wished for revenge against our villains. But our God says vangeance is His, and He will repay. His vangeance will be to Utterly Destroy all that represents evil, when time's up, and less about punishing a person to smugly teach them lessons in a role reversal groundhog day fantasy. Until that judgement day.. He wants none to perish but all to Turn from wicked ways and seek His forgiveness and it is provided in the Lord Jesus Christ, a totally sinless Son of God being; Himself a part of God, in the humbled form of a male human cloaked in flesh (who came through into this realm birthed of a chosen virgin womb), who willingly took on the greatest injustice of piling all sins upon Himself out of the Father's great love to save all who care for it. (God being Holy could not look upon the Nature of Sin that has cut off an intended intimacy with us from the beginning. And so we all need this Lord Jesus and to worship Him is most natural as He has been raised up to the Highest Authority. . The one and only Risen Saviour alive and reigning along in the Majestic Kingdom of God, forever everlasting (ie before time/universe began) to everlasting (for eternity). And the only mediator priest all flesh shall ever need; His precious cleansing blood and spirit to regenerate us from a spiritual deadness to Life abundantly in the spirit.. from the inside out. Receiving His forgiveness and/or much healing offer is therefore like The Opportunity here and now in this earthly lifetime for a changed brand New Life! The good news of Christ's Salvation offer to all - victims and perpetrators. Hope this aids your understanding (and better still, your own personal day of salvation?)
