This is an easy fix. Reach out to Dave and busters and setup a time where you can go to a location and interact with fans. Do a live stream of some shenanigans competing with others and then offer up some free play points with head to head sports trivia. Where do you get this sports trivia? You reach out to the dozen team and ask them for a backlog o uestions fro the show or the mobile game. Now your advertising all of that, plus dave and busters and wham bam pres is back on team bussin. Takes a few in person hours and a few calls and emails. Oh and obviously get a team member that is in charge of scheduling and figure out a routine for them laying out your month, your week, your days and reminders when needed.if you don't have someone who can do that then hire me... It's what I do.
