Considering that it came from Louisiana, and me as a Lousianian, I am SUPER disappointed that canes doesn't season their god damn food . And as one of the rare people who don't like Caines sauce, I have to either eat the chicken plain or with their honey mustard. The only saving grace at least for my canes location is that the chicken is always piping hot and juicy. Though, fresh chicken doesn't make up for unflavored chicken.

everyone saying “oh he forgot to dip it in the sauce,” bro even without the sauce, an actual SEASONED chicken tender like Dave’s would win either way. The sauce ain’t even that good stop glazing it, you can make it at home for much cheaper and there’s plenty of other alternatives that taste the same if not better 😭

Cane’s is meant to be dipped in the sauce. That’s the seasoning. If the stuff was seasoned it would clash with the bright flavorful sauce. Not a fair comparison imo.

not all seasoned chicken is good. I’ve had countless bad chicken that was super seasoned and had 1000 different spices on it. Sometimes there’s nothing better than a simple salt and pepper and light spices fry. Classic fried chicken is pretty simple and doesn’t use much season. I feel like over the last few years the internet has instilled in peoples head that food is only good when doused in Cajun seasoning and coated in some thick layer of strong seasoning. I fw Canes bc they keep it simple and focus on the taste of chicken.
