9:17 That bar is insane. The part before it: So he’s saying he’s playing with swords, not a gun, and relating to Blaszczykowski. Blaszczykowski witnessed his mum get stabbed to death by his dad. Then a “Ronin” is a samurai who grew up woth no master. A ronin also carries “2 swords”. So, cos he grew up without his mum, and no dad cos he was in prison for life, Dave talks about him as a “Ronin”. This guy is insane.

As a guy from Switzerland where only really US rap is popular, I had never heard of Dave before watching the BRITs a couple days ago. I remember cheering for ‘30’ winning Best Album. When Dave won best Rap Artist, I was confused as I didn’t know anything about it. Then came ‘… In The Fire’ and I had shivers all over my body. One of the best live performances I’ve ever seen. Today I listened to this Album and honestly still can’t believe what I just heard. Absolutely insane, generational talent, an Album for the ages. I take back saying ‘30’ is the clear cut Album of the Year. ‘We’re all in this together’ is it. It’s the Album of the Decade for me and we’re only in 2022. I could go on and on but I’m gonna stop here. Thanks for the reaction Jon, killed it as always. UK rap just got a new fan, I’m out.

I've realized subconsciously i use a lot of your reviews for albums I've never heard before almost as a skim over/ second opinion on the music before i actually take the time to wanna give (a new artist to me) a full listening session cause its so hard to find the good in all of the bad these days. but this album here.. i would already buy the Vinyl. such a complete tone. I'll be listening to this alot.

First off absolutely love watching you react Jon it’s truly a blessing to watch you react to something like this, when you listen to something this good & it moves you so much it’s lovely to see. secondly we all as fans of Dave and rap music need to appreciate just how special this young man is, 23 and he’s this tuned in to the world around him what’s going on in the world & just how great of an ear he has for music. He’s by far the best rapper lyricist & storyteller this country has ever seen going across all genres of music not just rap and one of if not the best rapper out there in the world, that’s including everyone in America and I mean everyone it’s not close really in my opinion he’s just better than all of them. Nobody does it like Dave does. This album is a masterpiece and will win countless awards and be spoken about for years to come. 2 albums down in to his career and there both special special records. Cannot wait to see how far this young man can go moving forward it’s actually scary to think what he’s gonna be like in 5/10 years if he’s still making music. Fav tracks are - in the fire, heart attack, we’re all alone, survivors guilt & both sides of a smile.

First reaction video I've watched on your channel, just needed to check I wasn't loosing my mind when I've had this on loop for the past week and thinking to my self how has he topped Psycho drama!?! Needed to see someone else reacting as it gave me goosebumps, tears and hyped me up. Really great video, I'm confident in saying that Dave has just took the spot as the best U.K rapper ever (imo, all music is subjective). Keep up the videos Jon, really enjoyed this and have subscribed.

Dave has hands down my favorite album of the year thus far. I played "Heart Attack" in the car with my lady and she started tearing up and asked me "Who is this and can I give him a hug?" The pain in Dave's voice on that song is raw and pure, and that song hits you in the heart (no pun intended).
