We also stayed at NoNeNa Mountain Ranch for the night which was great, especially for the price (20,000XAF). The food was home cooked, the view was stunning and the horseback riding quite an experience. Tracey and I stepped out of our comfort zone a little bit as we are NOT experience riders but it was so worth it just for the on top of the mountain.

Et pour ma part, ma mère est de Bangangté et mon père est de bafan (Bana), j'avais un chauffeur de Dschang et ma compagne est né à Bafoussam, je suis allé une seule fois la-bas avant de la connaitre. Sinon je viens en Vacance à Douala principalement même si je connais Yaoundé part mon oncle et autres cousins.

We eat food everywhere and yes at first our stomachs were a bit... messy haha But now its all good.

In Cameroon, the foot is very clean, no risk of bacterias. We have a huge variety of dishes very well cooked and always clean. No tourista like in the North of Africa. A lot of plants that heals everything. Cameroon is magic!

In Cameroon, we never serve the food cooked the previous day. It is always freshly cooked, no need to store it. Every dish has delicious spices in it, so , it is eaten on the spot. Enjoy it.

Yeah... but be careful... it's not the safest these past few years. There's some unrest in the anglophone parts of the country. I wish you could visit Bamenda, but it's safe(r) to visit Buea and Limbe.

They were at Batoufam. Are you from Cameroon? If yes , use Wikipedia to Know your country vers Well. And if you are from West région, ask and insist to your parents who are from there to go to thé village and talk to your ancestors. All of the bamilekes , anywhere they are in the world have to Know their tradition. Nevers forget where you come from
