I've been following Beeple and Stuz0r for a while now and recently came across some of David's tutorials on KZfaq. I have a little background in video and after effects, and I've been DYING to play with 3D. All of these guys are a huge inspiration to me. Great interview.

500 hours for the rooftop video? At 9 hours a day and 6 days a week working this would have taken 9 weeks to do. He was lucky to have that much time at hand. Wish there were more projects and clients with at least a decent time schedule... Interesting to hear how everything started for David, thanks for sharing the interiew :)

Wow, nine hours days? Does he work at a bank? Lol. I would have expected that has to happen working 15 hour days. Life had to happen after and before projects, for me at least. I really like your work pixelasm!

KitBash3d unfortunately I am using the Neo Tokyo kit for a project which is still under NDA and will be at least until the start of next year. Also my current sparetime project is about Unity and C# programming BUT as soon as this is done I would like to do another personal project with #Octane and preferably a #kitbash3d kit ;-)
