I love the original version of Fade Into Me, but when he sings it acoustic it's absolutely to die for... it just makes me melt every time!!

Acoustics are so raw and natural... Best find from the Idol series is probably David Cook.

This song is incredibly beautiful (and I love the official video for it on youtube). I love this on the album, but it's even more breathtaking sung acoustically. David's voice = magic!
