I used to be a fairly talented violinist when I was a kid and teenager. Toured China and Greece with my musical group and performed at several venues. Unfortunately, years of depression and untreated adult ADHD caused me to leave my violin untouched for almost a decade. I just felt that I’d never be good enough and that simply going through the motions wasn’t worth it. Until I stumbled upon this particular video of one of my favorite violinists playing one of my favorite songs. Something in me just clicked, and I took my violin out, dusted it off, and promptly broke my E string trying to tune it. David, if you are reading this….thank you . Your music gave me the strength to recoup my passion for something I used to love doing.

The first time I heard David playing this (only this year) , it filled my heart to bursting... I never tire of it..headphones on, immersed in it... I feel this or I feel like fallen kingdom. This world you talk about happened again but then aliens invade, we fight back and both races loose. The alien survivors live on earth and continue to fight, and as they break down they take us with them ultimately in earths capital it ends with the aliens attacking and the president or like that running and looking around at the beautiful world he ruled. And then finally being cornered by the last alien. They fight and kill each other. And like this both races die out.

I play the violin since I am 6 years old. This was my first CD I actively wished for when I was 10. Later, I played the song with my friend on the cello on her dad's second wedding. It was all very beautiful, all their friends have been there, in their own garden during summer. I still play the violin, must be 15 years by now. This colourful video effects will stay in my head forever.

La razón por la que me empezó a encantar el violín tal vez a nadie le interese mi historia pero en el parque estaba un joven tocando y tocó esta misma canción y llore por lo hermoso que era no pensé que esto podía pasar personas que lloran al escuchar esta clase de música desde ese día comprendí todo guarda un gran sentimiento y quiero ser muy buena en el violín me hice esa promesa y me dijo mi mamá es bueno que tengas esta clase de sueños y a mis 13 años no voy a dejar mis sueños

I hate to say that, because I like Lindsey Stirling more than David Garrett but Lindsey is in fact of technique and Level way behind Garrett.. But she inspires many people and is having fun :) thats all you need!
