I can't really blame him for being nervous. He was an average joe until Daylight released, and it blew up overnight. I grew up singing in choirs and I was always nervous- still am whenever I sing karaoke, even. I can't imagine the pressure of performing for an entire studio audience, or even bigger, and having so many people suddenly know your name. It's only been a few months, so all this is still incredibly new to him. I feel like he's already starting to develop as a performer, and I can't wait to see where he goes from here.

Nervous is a thing that you get to use on your voice. It increases you range. He’s a good performer.

@@jacquelineleitch7050 I've never heard this in my life. Sounds like an old wives' tale. Right up there with all the food restrictions coaches try to justify because "milk/spice/hot/cold will hurt your voice (no it doesn't)" . If anything, I'd say nervousness decreases your range and makes it harder to sing, because being nervous makes you tense up.
