God please continue to guide me through this hard time in my life. It’s been a tough three years my husband is with you Lord. I still miss him, I feel alone. As a single mother I’m struggling. Struggling to buy groceries struggling to pay rent every month is a battle. Lord please protect and provide for my boys. Both of my sons are autistic but have made so much progress now that I’m homeschooling them but my hours to work are limited. Jesus health me from my heart disease and my lupus. I will keep faith no matter my struggles. Faith over fear. ❤

@@misskay275 Right. Sherri's show seems to be going toward "attracting" a great majority of African Americans. It's because of her guests, I think. She's going to have to do more shows that attract other races of people or I'm afraid her show will not survive. The black population in America is too small to bring her the viewership she needs. Sad, but true. Of course, Sherri isn't trying to do shows like Oprah, but Oprah is a great example of someone who attracted everybody.

Hopefully no more Black American roles based off of real people for royal, Mr. David. Please tell your own British and Nigerian stories, your highness! We would love to see it, not you taking Black American heritage roles. There are plenty of Black American actors to be in the starring roles about THEIR ancestors, not an immigrant.

Can't you see how society continually goes "down?" We go further and further into the PIT with our thinking. I can honestly say I would never be an old woman and date, basically, a child. Couldn't do it. My brain would overrule my emotions. To me, it's not right. And I would not want to see my children do something like that, either. Cher always liked younger men. She does not like the aging process. But sooner or later, people cannot deny that they are old. Cher is just going for what she can get now. Men her age, and even those 10-20 years younger are not looking at her anymore. She may have been feeling lonely and the companionship of a young man makes her feel good.

There aren't a lot of comments here. So, I have to say something. I'm not trying to be mean. I like Sherri Shepherd, but there are things I've noticed and talked about with friends. It seems to me that the quality of this program is already slowly going downward. Sherri needs to get more guests who are recognizable. One of my friends says she doesn't know who half the guests are on this show. More people will tune in to watch bigger stars. Another thing. I don't know how people in other countries watch Sherri, but if her show does not attract a larger audience of "non" African Americans, it probably won't last. African Americans are only about 1/8 of the U.S. population. That means Sherri needs the support of more people in the United States. Like someone else brought up below, this cannot turn into an all-black people show. It will surely be canceled. 😞 Sherri said she wanted her show so badly and that she prayed and believed for it. So, she should make sure it remains at the very top of her priorities. This is her baby now. Many times recently, Sherri appears ill-prepared and then she "rambles" when she's talking. She looks quite anxious. I've noticed she fidgets with and wrings her hands constantly while she's talking. Perhaps, she may also be running late to work a lot. She couldn't do that on "The View." Barbara Walters did not tolerate that. BUT... on the days Sherri is prepared, you can plainly see her confidence rises. She's prepared and she doesn't fidget. I understand that Sherri has other things she's trying to do and that she likes to live and have a life outside the show. She's single and she's vivacious and fun. Of course, everyone needs a balance. However, these days, shows come and go very quickly-- even good ones. People cannot take successes for granted.

I agree with you! Nobody ever comments here. It’s the same boring comments every day from the same people. Wendy’s comment section was lit!! Wendy’s audience was extremely diverse and that’s why the show lasted that long. I like Sherri, but she talks about the same things all the time. I only watch her monologue and then I’m done. I hardly watch interviews and did not watch her Halloween special or that entire week.

@@javiruiz8365 And I agree with you, as well. Wendy Williams appealed to a wide variety of people, young and old. I think Wendy Williams' s greatest asset is her voice. VERY UNIQUE and obviously a "gift." I first saw Wendy's show 10 years ago. I remember being "flabbergasted" by what some of her audience members were willing to divulge in her "Ask Wendy" segments. Some shocking situations. I'd think, "Don't these people have jobs and bosses they have to face?" Back then, Wendy Williams came off as somewhat "elegant." She was slender with lovely long legs and she dressed really nicely every day. She was polished. Great makeup. Her wigs/extensions were beautiful. A lot of people looked up to Wendy and admired her audacity. She was somewhat of a "Cosmo Girl."

Weight has a lot to do with the way women dress. When I see Sherri suddenly losing a lot of weight, I will know she's on the diabetes/weight-loss drug so many people in show business are using now.

@@fasameijer794 I like the way Sherri dresses, as well. However, it's true that when women are thinner, they suddenly dress differently and feel more confident. I personally think older women can still look good in younger-looking styles. What matters is how the clothes look on their bodies and whether they have nice legs, etc. A lot of women really feel badly about their waistlines after they have children, so they start wearing clothes that drape and are loose-fitting. The only issue I have with Sherri's appearance is her hair. Her show probably does not have the budget to do her hair like it was done on "The View." It seems like the person who did Wendy Williams' hair is probably doing Sherri's hair now. Wendy's wigs were done well at one time, but by the end of her show, they weren't good at all. My problem with their wigs: No "fullness on top." The top of Sherri's head lies flat, and the extensions are hanging down on the sides. Personally, I'd much rather see her wear "full" wigs (perhaps a curly afro style framing her face) than what I see now. Just for the time she is doing her show. The show needs to allow Sherri to bring her very best. She can always look great. She does not look old at all. She is youthful and a bundle of energy.
