Are there any taxes? Also, in general how is the noise level in this complex ? Age range ? Any ex pats? From the USA.

Hi, the owner will have to answer the question about taxes. Noise level is as it is in most places in Panama, dogs, chickens, the occasional horse and music especially on holidays. Expats from all over the world, but mostly US and Canada. Age is pretty much from 55 to……

Can you recommend an Air BNB. I'm visiting Panama in September for a couple of weeks. Maybe I'll spend a few days in David to check out rentals and purchases for my retirement in a couple of years.

Hi, they rent for 1 month minimum. If you are still interested please email us at freedom55adventure@gmail.com and we will connect you with the owner(S) of the unit. You can chose to be at the pool or a bit away from the pool. The pool could be noisy at times. There is the lower pool units as well.

My husband and I are in our 70s. I want to leave the US because its hard managing with our social security. Boquete and David are cities that appeal to us. But my husband has kidney disease & will have to go on dialysis at some point. How difficult willl it be to get this kind of health service. Janine

Hi, yes there is an HOA fee of $145 per month. Internet is excellent, speed varies with provider and package that you buy.

Hi, David gets pretty hot in the fry season. All these Units have Air in all bedrooms as well as the living area

Hi, they are pet friendly for small pets. Dogs up to 12" shoulder hight. We have a rescue dog here.
