I think the judge should demand a court ordered psychological evaluation prior to jail time. He obviously has something psychologically wrong with him and possibly may be suffering from dementia. He would be more afraid of a real psych evaluation that is on the record for everyone to see than jail time. Just the implication of cognitive impairment will shut him down. And he could not fundraise on that! What's he going to say...I'm not crazy??? Makes him look worse than weak.

Not a bad idea, but I would offer him a choice of jail time or a psych evaluation. Just to watch him short circuit. (you get a free psych evaluation in most prisons anyway) If we go there though In the future we have to face the possibility of him getting a Psych test to see if he is even fit to stand trial, which he is not going to pass and then there might not even be another trial.

His impairment is obvious to anyone who has cared for dementia sufferers, in particular his problems processing information and combining it to make inferences or answer questions, rather than rambling about something else. The Republicans own this, because they didn't require candidates to debate and disregarded Donaldict's widely documented criminality. Even in 2020 the Jonathan Swan Axios interview was disturbing with him unable to explain basic things or notice the graph he used as evidence showed the opposite to his claims.
