Performance: He's a pro. I've seen technically tighter magicians ... but this guy really knows about entertainment and performance. You rock David

i love the hand washing in this routine, i dont think anyone performs wiped clean as good as david. im still practicing it from the magic of micheal ammar book and am making great progress but nowhere near how good david does it, anyway didnt mean to ramble on, just trying to say how much i love his magic, especially his coin work.

Yup, I agree, coz a close-up magic like this is not meant for videos. I bet we will all be fooled if we watch in front of him, coz his misdirections are marvelous. Even in this video I'm sure many of us need to watch at least twice to catch his misdirections.

Great - understood everything he said but there were some bizarre ironic magician only gags cracked especailly talking in an uncanny way lol! As for his routine - I like his FRENCH DROP, and funny way of produecing coin from the goshman pinch, also a great spider grip vanish too! I have met David Stone and seen him perform live and he is a great magician. Merci et Très bon monsieur Stone a bientot Au revoir Merci,

Yes i have both of his coin dvds as well. He is one of my favorite magicians for his smoothness and his humor and personality. I also have david roths basic coin dvds and i find stone's to be superior to david roth. And the material is better and more abundant.

David Stone blows Ponta out of the water. Ponta I'm sure learned a lot from David Stone. It's a no brainer who deserves the credit and who is better. Im not knocking Ponta because he's got good coin magic but I just believe in giving credit where credit it due. Without David stone we might not have had Ponta
@johngilbert12023 жыл бұрын
@@miked4152 without Tommy Downs Dia Vernon, Slydini,Larry Jennings and the greats of the past we wouldnt have the these guys today. Skills are passed on and the pros usually give credit to the people they learned from.

@Baron821 - No it's not just about smooth! It's whether the hidden pick up (wine bottle) looks like it comes from nowhere, including the coin or coins. @.48 seconds David "gives it up" by bringing the kerchief to his chest as a drape to hide and (obviously) pick up the bottle hiding under his jacket. How he has managed to 'attach' the bottle to his body for later pick up is secondary to the fact that the spectator/viewer "DOES" see the 'pick up'; watch 0.46-0.50 for the "tell".

complete translation: you kow what i just heard? some people still belive magician conly have to snap their fingers to make things appear. if that was the cas, as you can imagine, i'd have less trouble by month's end. i only wish i could make some money appear, since i'm somewhat of a big spender...;ah! here it is.i love pretty, nice clothes, beautiful women, fine parties, but those are expensive! and ou just don't have time tosee the money disapear *make the coin disapear* no time to put some
@BenWandert15 жыл бұрын
that
@edouard289514 жыл бұрын
i throw it into the air, and it comes back as a coin! and i can een make it only visually: look *pretends to throw an invisible coin from one hand that appears on the other* now, the tru secret to ge money, is to put some aside, so you end up having more of it *turn the coin into a giant coin* you imagine the payphone fo this one? put your oney aside, and you'll find some below your wallet* find a coin below the wallet* money that you can se on your old days for party.

I think Ponta is more skilled and you'll be amazed by his moves. and David Stone is more entertaining.

Ponta probably learned a lot from David Stone. Stone has been around for way longer then Ponta. Stone definitely gets way more props from me because he has been doing magic way longer then Ponta. Ponta is still a kid.

It would be better if he speaks English, he speaks all funny? I think the bottle comes from under his jacket and the coin goes into classic palm. He wiggles his fingers but it is in his palm still due to the Kaps subtlety

no time to put some under your elbow -French expression, not translatable- that it already disappeared *make a coin appear and disapear from his elbow* so you might as well just party, don't you think? *make a bottle appear*. but to party, ou do need some money, right? and when it comes to money, i tend more o make it disapear than appear. but that's everyone's problem, right? at least, i know where it is. what? you didn't see it? i do it again/ i take the coin, turn it into a small ball
