James Corden welcomes his friend David Tennant to the show, and David immediately sets the tone for a great chat thanks to his pink blazer. After the two discuss the pains of homeschooling, James asks David about Melissa Von Stressel, the name of his fake assistant that he used to get out of gigs and requests he didn't have the heart to say no to directly. And David talks about the process of making "Staged" with his wife, Georgia, Michael Sheen and Simon Evans.

Having money makes coping with the first level of Maslow's hierarchy of needs like food, shelter, and safety far easier and therefore makes coping with higher order needs like education more possible. Money, however, is not the soul of a person (hopefully) and the richness of inner strength shines out in many demographics.

@@triarb5790 money gets you the resources to handle those situations, but sure show your privilege by calling my comment *daft* You need money for most things in the world. If you were struggling to cope, you would be able to pay for therapy sessions and buy tools. Most of the world doesn't have that kind of 💸.

New take on it... It's a starting actress with two phones. One is hers and the other is of her made up assistant, that she created in order to seem more professional and prestigious. Perhaps she has an Austrian accent 😅 It could be made from home as well and it could have a meta side to it... Maybe the whole show is made by a that actress/writer in order to bring some attention to herself 🙃

She uses it as a chance to practice her accent work, so every person who has to talk to "Melissa" gets her with a different accent. Now she just has to remember which one she used the first time if anybody calls "Melissa" back...

@@lcflngn because the important events had to be deleted, #spoilers but making sure Stormagaddon grows up well is just polite. Not a fixed point in time, not crucial to the doctors decisions.

Oh dang, I need to get back to watching that! Love his Scrooge but have you ever listened to the audio-books of "How to train your dragon"? Not very like the movie but that's where the movie is based on but it's a brilliant children's book-series by Cressida Cowel and if you have the chance, listen. So much fun.

What are the odds that a Doctor Who would marry the daughter of another Doctor Who, whom also portrayed that Doctor Who's child, and she is also the child of the Doctor Who's favorite Doctor Who?

The odds are likely better than you'd think. Being the daughter of a former actor to portray The Doctor (his name's not Doctor Who) she had the connections which likely helped her get a role on the show during which she met the (at the time) current actor portraying The Doctor and they ended up getting married. The odds that the character would portray his character's daughter are a bit slimmer, though I wouldn't be too surprised if they wrote the character as The Doctor's clone due to the fact that Georgia was legitimately the daughter of an actor who played The Doctor. Edit: You also forgot to mention the fact that we'd later (read: now) be watching an interview between the actor and a former roommate of another regeneration of The Doctor.

David is a great dresser. He seems to know exactly what to wear. He has great taste in fashion. He looks wonderful in the pink jacket. Home schooling was challenging even teachers during the pandemic. I found some of the comments about money somewhat distasteful. A couple were just sarcastic. He definitely has earned what he has. Not only is he a great actor but a wonderful humble loving human being. Thank you David Tennant. We all love you in my family.

My business partner and I (equine massage therapists) had an imaginary assistant named “Carlo”. Carlo was tasked with keeping our books, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and of course massaging US after a long day’s work. One day, Carlo f/*ked off to Club Med without warning. Needless to say, we were not pleased.
