Great video, I'm absolutely desperate for a nitro buggy kit but have several options that are all brilliant platforms, the rc8b3.1 being most promising, but the only thing stopping me from going to a specific buggy for definite is the durability, it seems to be glossed over a lot. So to the people that own or race the rc8b3.1 how durable is it, if I plant it in a wall flat out or law dart it off a triple will it shrug it off like nothing's happened or is it going to be breaking every time I drive it ? I've had some pretty rough tumbles and landings and the only thing I've had break on my B3.1 is the rear hubs. On the T3.1 the only thing I've had break is the top A arms and a shock shaft bent after a head on collision with a car that had jumped the track

@@brandonbentley8532 David has a history of messing with RC Gyro's to stabilise the car! After the race his car was driven off the track (no big deal) but his crew grabbed up the car removed the body and altered it before it got to tech inspection. The radio tray was open. ???????

@@R1Kyle Well, with nowadays micro-electronics such speculations are an absolute common subject. There is no need any more to actual have a separate gyro in the car. It can be easily integrated into any receiver, like they are also officially available from various brands. And you can arrange it the way that the gyro can be switched-off via 3rd channel right after the finish-line. So, there is no “unnatural” automatic steering, when you “shake” the car. So, for technical inspection it would be necessary to take electronics apart and having the expert-knowledge to identify electronical components on the circuit board… OK, this would be theoretical somehow possible, but how realistically practicable is such procedure…? I don’t know… 🤔 Somehow, I do not think, that somebody at the Worlds, especially when running in the focus of potential winning, would run a gyro which would have to be “ripped out” by his team between finishing and technical inspection. Way to risky and unlikely that it would work out…knowing about the risk that the driver’s reputation would be destroy… Just my point of view… 🌞😎🍀

@@BUDGET_RC_RACER Yes I agree very much about the reputation and other points, but why, why, why and what was the tampering... Hence for ever shrouded in doubt. I just cannot see him as the outright winner now! If he was not using a Gyro that is some of the best driving i have ever seen!!!!
