Because they are not relatable to your average Indian watching food videos on KZfaq. The elitist undertone is not going to be relatable to everyone. For most people, the only pizza accessible is dominos, it can come across as condescending to people.

Hey Forkers : Fun fact. Davide worked for The Park Kolkata as an Exec Chef way back in 2006. Used to stay in the same complex as I did . Thanks for bringing up this video. I simply have to visit this guy in October

Being a chef I totally understand Davide you don't need to put up your thoughts into a food item let the chef present the food with his style n innovation.
