This was the 1st KSP video I watched, and I was really impressed, not knowing anything about the game. It's weird looking back on something you thought was really complex and now understand completely. Oh, and strong craft! I dropped it from LEO and it didn't burn up and even managed to land afterwards. Good job!

Great job! I would suggest a larger angle of attack on the wings though. I tried a similar attempt of a monster with 6 wings and 8 engines. I forgot all about angle of attack and it can barely take off at Mach 2.5.

On attempt one when it fell to pieces I was laughing because I could imagine sarcastic clapping form the tower...It was a great Boeing. Good job on it. How you'd get the turbines through mate?

Depending on how legit the aerodynamics are in KSP, it looked like you needed to change the angle of incidence of the stabilator (angle the elevator section down more) to create more lift because your centre of gravity was in front of your centre of lift. Amazing work though

When I tried to make a 747 like you in a different app It took me 702 pieces and it had such slow reaction time

awesome build man its impressive

i tried my hand at building a A380 and it looked pretty good. then i tried making a ssto version and having the functionality to stay on orbit for a very long time. it has at least one of every thing in ksp and the problem is that it weighed enough to break the runway on takeoff and couldnt land without a massive support ship that had many, many upwards thrusters and it had to have a lot of landing gear. the plane itself has 31 of the massive landing gear and they sometimes work and the lander had a lot more. the lander took most of the couple hundred thousand tons off of the runway and put it on a nearby surface. i still have one of my planes that hasnt refueled and is orbiting duna after many missions, like 30 and still has most of its fuel. the thing still breaks the runway so i have to lower the initial fuel to about 1% of the total fuel then fully fuel it with my station. that space station is another story and i think i play ksp way too much.

This made me realise just how many... "Creative Liberates" You can take with KSP. I need to abuse this in the future.

Nice, a Boeing 707 styled 747.

1: make the wing larger or the fuselage smaller 2: make the flaps bigger, triple action (2 slots) on the inboard and double action (1 slot) on the outboard 3: try to ad slats, they greatly increase lift without increasing much drag like flaps 4: make the tail bigger and increase the area of the elevator/rudder 5: try to increase tail clearance for a higher angle of attack during take-off
