Poverty mindset of the giver and receiver... Why would you throw anything at them. Are they dogs? They should have shoved it right back into his window, but they wouldn't because they are poor... In saner climes you dare not litter the road, how much more throwing cash around... You don't need to have a million dollars before you're have a rich mindset, and vice versa. Selah!
