Fed reserve and the treasury is not bothered about stock capital market. They are more concerned about the treasury bond market. They fear the bond market may become dysfunctional and illiquid. Bond yields are one of the important parameter that influences stock market. All stock pundits fail to mention how the bond yields influence stock market. My main concern now is how we are going to achieve all of that given that the market has been a mess for most of the year. I already lost $23,000

One of the absolute best "Success Story" interviews I've ever heard, right next to listening to Oprah's interview with David, Forbes, & her interview at Standford. Sam is a living legend and truly someone to admire for lifestyle modeling, by the way he thinks--as all our "outer successes" derive from the "inner success" of the mind. *"Mind Is The Master Power That Moulds & Makes, & Man Is Mind, Evermore He Takes, The Tool Of Thought Shaping What He Wills..." ~ James Allen, "As A Man Thinketh".*

Newbies think that the best way to play the stock market is to buy stocks then sell them a day or few months later, than repeat the process. This method of investing usually loses money. The people who buy and hold for long periods are the people who make the most money.
@brendanwalsh4748
@brendanwalsh4748 Жыл бұрын
@@michaelkalon1025 Standard investment advice is that you should invest in a diversified mix of stocks, bonds, and money market funds. If you are like most people you will invest part of your money aggressively in stocks, and part conservatively in money market funds and bond funds. However, some young people will go all stocks, and some very conservative people will go all money markets.

Studied Zell hard back in the early 2000s and made 9X on American Commercial Lines senior debt and about 6X on Covanta, formerly Danielson Holding Corp, equity. It was fun to crack his inner circle and enjoy the ride up but the guy was a straight-up brass knuckle street brawler. As he has gotten older, the fighter is still there but the punch doesn't land as that is typically the last thing to go. If anyone reading this knows and loves Sam, please Orange Pill him. Then teaching them trade skills for carpentry, plumbing, maintenance to develop skill sets to help with maintaining the properties as a volunteer repayment system.
