Hello. If the Transform XF tool doesn't work as shown at 2.18 of this video, you could try adding the other Transform tool instead and connect this via the yellow arrow to Ellipse1. In the Inspector properties for this, you can find a Flip Horizontal tickbox, which should apply the same effect. Just to confirm, this tutorial was done in version 18.1.4 of the software. I tried version 18.5 but it keeps crashing each time I opened Fusion and so I reinstalled the previous version.

Hi @ElitePerformanceInstitute. Thanks for your comment. Could you confirm that you have tried both the Transform and TransformXF tools in Fusion, please? If neither of these work, you could try creating the animated ellipse in a separate Fusion Composition clip, return to Edit and with the same clip selected, choose the Flip Horizontal option under Transform in Inspector but you'll then have to do the animated time digits in a new Fusion Composition clip above this. I hope that you find a solution.

I have read about others have similar issues with Transform just not working. I'm new to editing with DaVinci Resolve so I have found this to be really frustrating. @CasmoTV. Thanks for the comment and hope that the alternative transform tool works for you. I tried using version 18.5 of the software but it kept crashing when I opened up Fusion and so I wasn't able to take a look at any updates and instead went back to version 18.1.4. All the best.

Hi @SenseiDenax. If you go to Modifiers and Controls in Inspector for your Text node in Fusion, you can adjust the Frames Per Second value manually in the number box but if you change it to 1000 (milliseconds), an extra digit appears to the right. You can make this disappear by returning to Text under the Tools heading and reducing the Write On End value to 0.9. Once this is done, the timer values won't be in sync with the duration of your clip, e.g. a 5 second clip will display a seconds value less than 5 on the timecode. To fix this, you will have to return to the Edit window, right-click on the clip and convert to New Compund Clip, so that you can then increase the clip speed (as shown at 0.28 of this tutorial) so that the values displayed in the seconds category of your timecode match the duration of your video. If I increased the Frames Per Second, for example to 100, and my video had a frame rate of 25, I would increase the speed of the clip from 100% to 400% so that the timecoe reflects the actual clip duration. Before converting to a compiound clip, ensure that you have adjusted the length of your Fusion Composition clip so that the relevant amount of time displays as you wish. Hope that helps.

Hi @quierovivirensanantoniotex7407. Did you mean please to transfer this to another DaVinci Resolve project? You can export the project in the Delivery window with transparency around the actual image by selecting Single Clip, QuickTime, GoPro CineForm, RGB 16-bit and having Export Alpha ticked. I wasn't able to import the file into other software however, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, but the timer should open in other DaVinci Resolve projects with its transparent background maintained. I will keep an eye out for alternative export methods for the software and will post a tutorial if I find a solution.
