My sister met Davy Jones on the top deck of a bus in Eastbourne, Sussex in the 1970s. He was appearing in pantomine and travelling back to his digs. She spoke to him and he was completely charming.

I was in love with Davy at 8 years old lol. I sure will miss him. Couldnt of happened to a nicer and sincere person. He was the very example of georgeous! No one today even compares. He was the heart and soul of the Monkees and I hope that they dont believe that if they decide to tour or make an album without him that they have anything to gain from it cause without Davy its just not the same. RIP sweetie!

They were never preachy or looked at the Earth as a terrible place to live. These four guys were here on Earth to enjoy life and I hope people do the same. These guys lived their life to the fullest.
