I made these today, I was very hesitant to not fry the koftay but I followed your advice and they turned out perfect. My sauce was a touch salty and mirchi so I didn't have much margin to adjust so I would recommend others to use half the recommended amount in the masala then you can taste and see at the end. I used 1 lb of beef keema, got 15 kofte, it was enough for 5 people. I was so worried when seeing sooo much liquid but it did reduce and it was perfectly balanced when served with zeere wale chaval. For the almond 😋 Cashew I just crushed some from trail mix. I sent a pic on Instagram hope you like it:)

yes sometimes that may happen- if salt goes little high just add a little water and a spoon of sugar and half a lemon juice and if mirchi is little high take some yoghurt / curd mix with some water and separately in a pan for a couple of minutes and add in your gravy and gently mix and taste, reply to me if you dont get the desired results.

Ye koun log hai yaar jo itni mazedar recipes ko dislike karta hai.. Inko pura din nikal jata hai ek recipe banane me preparation me aur ye log ek zatke mai dislike karte hai.. pasand hai to like karo.. kisi ki mehnat ko is tarah na todo.. nahi pasand to dekhte hi kyu ho.. Mehjabin yai sab bhi meree cooking ko pasand karte hai magar mujhe nahi kartay, sub meray wo pyaray subscribers hai jo rozaana likhte hai "nails kato, burka pahano, Nail polish hatao, sirf hath dikhaya karo, Head to toe cover karo etc etc" bachray achhi hai video dekh kar kuch sikhatay haii. Un sab say like ki umeed karna bewakufi hogi. thanks for your concern Dear. 👍 Wo log nahi jante America ki busy life nay jo bhe shortcuts sikhe hai wo share karti hoon, main logon ko asan tarika batane ke liye apni life change nahi kar sakti. Cooking is my passion not the occupation. Rozaana 50 se 60 logo ko block karte hoon gandi galiyo ke sath likhte hai.

Aoa I tried the above recipe today n the kofta curry was very delicious. Usually we don’t eat roti in the aftari. But today all the rotis were finished. I never had tried making koftas. The results of following ur recipe were incredible. Koftas were really tender n juicy. Thx for sharing.

Was my second time making koftay in general and the first time was a disaster 😅 I tried this recipe on Sunday and my husband is still praising them 4 days later 🥰 However it took me a lot of time to make them as I am not that experienced.
