for some weird reason i recall chaos has the victory music of the space marines, if i remember well, instead of having their own, think its the same with the imperial guard

Yeah they do, and i dunno wtf is that a thing, it totally breaks my immersion when i play through the Chaos campaign. As for the IG, they got shafted with victory music cause they don't have any :P
