Here are all the campaign endings in Dawn of War - Soulstorm in order:
Imperial Guard - General Vance Stubbs liberates all of the Kaurava System from aliens and heretics alike
Orks - Warlord Gorgutz's WAAAGH! overruns the Kaurava System
Necrons - The Necrons have finally exterminate the living within the Kaurava System
Chaos - Chaos Lord Firaeveus Carron has begun his ascension to Daemonhood
Space Marines - Captain Indrick Boreale leads the Blood Ravens to victory and clears of wrongdoings from the Inquisition
Tau Empire - Shas'O Or'es'Ka finally conquered Kaurava and Nan Yanoi is still under new modifications
Eldar - Farseer Caerys and her warriors fled Kaurava after their victory from eight armies
Dark Eldar - Lord Asdrubael Vect grants Archon Tahril a soul ascension after all of the Kaurava System has been raided, captured prisoners and sacrificing endless lives for the Commorragh
Sisters of Battle - Canoness Selena Agna has finally completed the purging of the Kaurava System

Forces of Imperium (Space Marines, Sisters Of Battle, or Imperial Guard): They reshape it for the Imperium Of Man and benefit from it. Orks: A massive ork infested empire. Necrons: The staging grounds for the Necrons advance. Chaos Forces: A new staging ground to bring forth more Chaos Forces. Dark Eldar: A perfect spot to visit to keep their slave pits full and to raid at times. Eldar: Only around to keep the Necrons in check while mankind reshape it. Tau: The next sector to spread the Greater Good concept.

Well, officially Orks won. "The plot of Dawn of War III, released in 2017, confirms that the Orks under Gorgutz proved to be the ultimate victors of the battle for the Kaurava System, making it the heart of his WAAAGH!, though no details are provided about how the Greenskins defeated all the other factions."

Such a shame that Warboss Gorgutz took over. That is the cannonical ending according to Dawn of War III. DoW II stated that Kronus was won by the space marines tho. So that's good, I guess.

As much as I enjoy the Tau gameplay, Imperial guard are the only ones for me at heart! -more so when the spacemarines feel kinda derpy. Also love that the Chaos ending reveals the origins behind the conflict.

I'm a big fan of Chaos but from a Gameplay perspective I prefer the Tau much more. You can easily secure areas with their tower like unit and blast everything away with the hammerhead tanks^^

Playing as space marines, easily defeated orks, now control planet and one moon but Tau are still on one moon. Question and problem is this: The "Capture and Hold" maps are literally impossible. It is not mathematically or physically possible to win.I am not a computer, not a robot. I don't want to frantically mash buttons. I have five trillion requisition points, and the commander has all the toys and all the honor guard. But I cannot bring anyone with me to invade. I show up with a tiny handful of units, under frantic time pressure on the map, and the enemy, either tau or some other freaks on the planet to the left, immediately SPAM with thousands of units. How do you hack the game so that this "take and hold" crap gets skipped? It totally ruins the game.
