kinda felt like that to start with as well; but that's bc i am comming more from the fantasy warhammer. but in 40k there are a LOT off units more tanky and stronger and far harder to acquire than nurgle units. greator demons; are still just greator demons in comparison to titans; and greator demons can be called in, in masses, if there is enough warp-energy; while things like titans or other heavy hitting things are in extremely limited amounts over the entire galaxy ^^ also in 40k; while a greator demon are awesome, there is a ton off weapons that would destroy or even vaporize them in no time; like a tactical nuke will destroy as many as is within a 5-10 kilometers distance; in one go; high amount off artillary would also rip them apart quite fast; same with large amount off napalm like weapons etc. regeneration is highly overrated once you got stuff like plasma weapons, energy weapons, etc. and sickness and toxics are highly overrated once you got full combat suits with any kind off air-filtering; and those are nurgles greatest strength; out off all the demon type Tzeentch or Slaanish; would be the most dangerous ones; slaanish because charm demon types are insanely powerfull in a world with very high population numbers gathered close and especially in places with misary and bad lives. Tzeentch bc their weaponry is warp-energies, which is basically magic, that mostly just warp anything it touches into a twisted and abseen version off it's former self. kinda like necron weapons would lorewise melt a titan in short order even the normal worrier weapons (in lore there is a describtion off how the empire retreats their tanks and vericles because any hit from necron weaponry deconstruct them on an atomic basis, making armour and size nearly pointless; and making fighting them with such a very expensive and losing battle); also for 40k; greator demons; as pointed at, are far easier to get to exist than in fantasy; in fantasy a single greator demon is a true nightmare to content with; while in 40k they die by the dozens.
