Great video mate. I like your easy going attitude and concern for people’s property/ pride on your work.

Love it brother! I’m literally about to pursue the same thing! Thanks for the tips I think the fear of wrecking someone’s property gives me anxiety but I can always call someone to fix my fuck up if I do lol But who did you go see for insurance & public liability?

Hey mate, glad to hear most scariest part is taking the first job. After doing this for six months now, I can truthfully say I’m confident in jobs that I take on now and I figured out what jobs I’m willing to tackle you can go through Allianz for property maintenance business I pay I think 500 for the year

I've been in Apartment Maintenence for almost 5 years, and about to move on to this. With a little bit of responsibility, there's nothing to worry about. I highly recommend insurance for the business, though.

@anthonypapi5424 thanks for tuning into my channel. Yep I love it I’ve decided to go casual in all my healthcare rolls and pursue property maintenance full time now as it give me the flexibility with lifestyle purposes 😄

Did you need any licences for works over $5k?
@Hibrahimandco7 ай бұрын
Thanks for turning in mate yes you do depending on what state you live in however I’ve never done a job over 5K or even close to it. The most I have ever charged someone is $1500 for laying decking.
