Welcome to Jiangxi! (Apparently) China's spiciest province. The journey starts in Huangling, a charming village in the east of the province, known for it's sweeping vistas and ancient custom of sun-drying crops from the Autumn Harvest.

@@JB-zs2wy you are the only one who is trapped in your concentration camp. You can forever try to shift the blame on to someone else for your own shortcoming in your life, but the failures are still your own doing at the end of the day. Hey Amy! I’m from Nanchang in Jiangxi! I highly recommend Xiao Ou Shui Zhu (小欧水煮) located at Xihu! The flavours are exclusive to Nanchang and I literally crave the unique taste regularly! The shop is also very well known amongst locals (there’s always a line so I recommend arriving early!) I’m currently living in Sydney, Australia and there’s nothing like it here or anywhere around China! Hope you can give it a visit and share your thoughts and experience!

Since you are already in Jiangxi, maybe you should go to try some really delicious fish heads in 千岛湖(Thousand Islands Lake)which really has 1078 islands in 1 lake and is just next door to Jiangxi Province, Blondie. And also 千岛湖 has some really unique food which can not be found anywhere else in China. BTW, if you are lucky enough to find one of the most ancient man-powered wooden boats on the lake (which is really disappering),you will realize that this is the only place where share the same paddling skill with Venice in Italy (the Gondola) . As far as I know, this are the only places which move the boat with 1 single side paddle. Not 2 paddles nor 1 paddle both sides.
