Absolutely magnificent chocolate showpieces! It would be extremely helpful if you could provide closed captioning; KZfaq’s automatic translations are no good and is often just gibberish.

Very beautiful sculptures of chocolate, I wish that the translation of KZfaq didn't suck so much, don't understand French language, the translation KZfaq gives doesn't make any sense.

So what do they do with the sculptures afterwards? eat it? throw it away? freeze it? I'm genuinely curious

Trashed :( There's no real way to recycle these. Either: 1. Too stale to be consumed 2. Has too many impurities to be made into other products Pretty upsetting. Sugar Works are much more sustainable.
