Just to ask a question when we are dealing with Stacks, After some manual changes are made to the Infra created, the Drifts which are detected should analyzed directly by entering into the Console or we can able to enable any feature for a Notification for Drifts,so that we can get updated with Drifts??

Thanku Abhishek U making great videos and playlists . I have douts 1. normally terraform and iac tools have incremental in nature. Is CFT have that Feature? 2. If the drift was detected then I rerun the stack what will happen the resource. It will update or the old resource is deleted and new resource will be created from scratch please answer my doubt

1)what is the differnce b/n cft and terraform. in my understanding purpose cft will work only on amazon anf terraform will work on all cloud providers, 2) driftdetection concept is also available for terraform also. 3) if we use terraform to create resources in amazon we can use drift detection concept

where the CFT templates can be used which are store automatically in auto created S3 bucket... for restoration purpose or just for keeping history of stacks or something else...

Drift detection is basically to identify the changes made manually .. cloud formation cannot fix the drift .. it is upto the service or devops engineers to fix the drift

No .. thats where crossplane is becoming popular .. both cloud formation and terraform cannot fix the drift

Use the yaml plugin that I suggested .. it will help u in identifying indentation and fix them But basically it use yaml or json syntaxing
