Hi Sanjay, Under Sharing Rules along with Public groups , I also have Managers group option. But no tab to create a managers group like we had for creating public group. And Under this Managers group we have individual users and Chatter Expert, Integration User and security user. So it allows records by particular user to be shared with any other individual user. Can you share a little about it.

Session activation required check box - If we want to provide access for a day/week/30 days/60 days, at this point of time we can check this checkbox while assigning the permission set to the user

If you are using developer edition org and logging in as system admin then you must find it
