Well done, good solution. What will you do with the window? I would try to find a metal panel, fit it in, and paint it black.

Or use the window out of the orange door if you can.

@@katebygrave the windows are sealed in so are not able to just replace like you can standard windows I've no metal available so I used OSB. It's screwed in and sealed into place then sprayed with black gloss.

@@katebygrave self tappers on the outside. Then Sealed it with Silicone. Then Used car paint to protect it.
