The good thing about albie is that he is always wiling to apologize whenever he did wrong to somebody. It takes a lot of effort to actually admit your mistakes. And every time he does it, you can really feel the sincerity. Good job albie!

What I love Alexa is that even though nagka-alitan sila, wala siyang sinabing masama about kay Albie. Yung conversation nila ni Karen, she said na Albie is cool. She even complimented Albie. ❤️

One thing I know about people with ADHD is that they are so Genuine, i have a close friend who has ADHD and he is very frank about what he sees in me, the good and the bad, he says it all without inhibitions, he is a true friend and he became my constant reminder to be a better person. I really appreciate people with this condition, also Alex Gonzaga has ADHD that's why if you notice she is very frank and very makulit, i love her hahahah

i hope people see albie in a better light. despite his difficulties and lets be honest, it's not his entire fault for the way he's acting because a lot of it can be attributed to adhd and rsd, he understands that he still should be responsible for his actions and apologize. he's being a bigger person than most people can be. and to the people who say that he does not help himself because he's not managing his actions, he does what he can. he works out to help regulate the symptoms, he moves away when he doesn't feel good, he reads to calm his nerves, and when he hurts people, he apologizes. He apologizes despite the fact that its not his fault, but he doesn't even get an apology for all the people talking shit behind his back. all the people who tries to force themselves onto him, triggering him. The burden always falls onto him, and he's trying his best to cater to that despite his condition.

Good for albie and for the rest . I hope kuya educate housemates regarding sa ADHD ni Albie. Me as someone who living with someone na mag same case they process things differently especially if something trigger them. They become violent at the same time medyo masakit magsalita without thinking the others feeling but if they in their right state of mind and procces everything that happened they really sincerely apologize.

This is how you handle an apology. Wait for the right time. Eto yung hindi naiintindihan ng ibang tao lalo na yung mga nasa relationships. They always tend to ask for apologies right after. Hear me out people. Kailangan ng isang tao ng ilang minuto, oras, araw bago ito makakuha ng lakas ng loob to give an apology for his/her mistakes. Kung ikaw mabilis ka magbigay ng sorry. I have a friend who has ADHD and was also my housemate when I was in college who would sometimes not talk to me even though we were living in the same house. Like there were days na she is the sweetest and would hug and kiss me on the cheeks suddenly tas super active and talkative haha but then there were days na bilag na lang nya ko hindi pinapansin haha. na para siyang galit or something. Pero I understood her situation and had gotten used to it in the long run. haha She is now a SPED teacher hehe
