2 жыл бұрынAs our Dragons journey over Cadair Idris and on into Mid Wales 🏴 it is clear that camaraderie is key at this stage of the race 😉 and new friends found on the trail are helping our participants through the long 70km route on day three 🗺 The end of the day sees one more hill in the beautiful summit of Pumlumon Fawr - the highest point of the extensive Cambrian Mountains ⛰

The mind boggles how day after day they carry on. Entered the Welsh 3000's several times over the years and that was always hard enough for me but to carry on day after day for 6 days is amazing. Loving the updates everyday gives a real insight into the Dragon Back race. Think Shane should invite Courtney Dauwalter from the states over.. Be really interesting to see how she'd cope with the mighty Dragon.

Just my opinion obviously, but I think some of the really close up (in the face of competitors) is a little too close! Otherwise excellent.
