Gambling addiction is absolutely disgusting. The way it makes me feel and the things that it makes me do are completely insane. I have borrowed money, I have lied, I have hurt the ones that are closest to me. I am a moron who can't control myself.

Love the raw video man, I always dig the 1 take off the cusp type of streams! It's important for us to get used to the down time while not flooding our minds with dopamine. We need to be comfortable with being bored and to enjoy the quiet! Man, I messed up again today. Feel insane. Here's to day 1 again. Hope I can be where you're at today 1 year from now. Also what you said about " I didnt want to spend my money on anything besides gambling " I really resonate with that. I felt the same way, it was like little things like 100$ or less was nothing, but I had no problem throwing thousands away on an unknown gamble, how insane is that !

Its not that different for other addictions. Drugs and alcohol are exactly the same, too, when it comes to money. It surprises me how often things you say are like that. NA, AA and GA are all based on the same things though, so I guess it's not that weird lol

It’s very sad that ESPN now has its own sports book. I never got into sports betting, only online casinos, but now every time I watch sports it is just going to be pushed constantly. Gross
