I love the way the music takes on a new form with each additional hoop. You start with piano, then the second hoop adds a disco synthesizer, then you get some violin with the third hoop, church bells come with the fourth, and finally trumpets with the fifth.

I find this exercise really tones my tum and thighs but does anybody, like is running easier for you than hula hoop? It says the running is harder and burns more but I find the hula hooping way harder than running. Maybe because I have no hips, I can't twirl my hips that well, don't know

whats the difference between this and normal hula hoop?

In normal Hula Hoop, you just need to sway your hips in a circle and get as many spins as you can within the time limit, and it doesn't require a certain amount of rounds. You can spin right or left. While in Super Hula Hoop, you have to do the same thing, but it requires to spin both to the left and right. Round 1 is spinning to the right, and round 2 is spinning left.
