One of the best challenges to do. I feel very good while eating them: feel full but not bloated and very clear headed with enormous energy.

I buy sardines by the case at Costco. Always good to have on hand. Quick meal.

I love my sardines and have them about once a week. My concern with eating them so frequently as you do is the amount of possible heavy metal contamination from the cans, as the fish is cooked in the cans, from what I understand. Not sure if the body can detox all that so easily. 😐

Ya for me I do this challenge about once a year and don't ever eat them in between except for my delicious Seafood Bisque which they are in so I think I'm safe : )

If you haven’t tried the Bar Harbor sardines you should. They are smoked and taste delish with lemon pepper and squish of lime juice. You will actually love these! A little pricier as it is 160g /can. I’ve tried others and and they make me 🤢

Don't go by me since I don't like them... I'm eating only 1-2 cans a day... most eat 6-10 cans and still have great results

I try this challenge for 2 days. First day was o.k . Second day I need to stop it, my microbiom did not like sardines. Strong pain in intestines. Probably I am still too sensitive.😢 Yes, keton was much higher at the end of second day.

I follow you, I’ve done carnivore for a year, but I’m looking forward to trying the sardine challenge. What are the guidelines. Is that all you are eating? How many times a day.

Yes, the standard sardine challenge is 72 hrs. You eat sardines whenever you are hungry. I don't like them so I only manage 2-3 cans a days, most do 6-10 a day.

I have various different hot sauces. I use all of about 4 tablespoons over a years time so I don't overthink things like hot sauce

why nothing but sardines to lose weight? I thought carnivore diet would help with weightloss. Is yout face sunburned?

Was just out in bikini in sun for a couple hours...not sunburned but flushed since very hot...sardine challenge is to learn different things about ourselves and our relationship with hunger and food and weight loss is a nice side benefit because it gets you into ketosis.
